I couldn't access my System Restore for the longest, since it's within my Vaio Care, but I did finally get to it in a round about way and tried to restore to 3 previous dates, but all still works as I have described. Trying to run MalwareBytes I get an error message " Run-time error '5': Invalid procedure call or argument.

I uninstalled and reinstalled IE 9 and that fixed other problems I had been having, such as Desktop Weather working and Yahoo Im working. Several items from my Control Panel can't be clicked on and opened. When I try to save a picture to my picture file I get a "class not registered" error. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but still the same results. I went to uninstall it and had the option to repair it and it works fine now. Since I couldn't pull up my usual email program, I tried to pull up Windows Live Mail, but neither would it pull up. I get the message "Error encountered opening Bible file: c:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword\kjv.bblx" and several other error messages saying it can't locate various functions of e-Sword. If I right-click on my desktop to personalize, I get the message "Explorer.EXE No such interface supported." Right-clicking to screen resolution gets the same message, although right-clicking to all the other options works fine.
